History ProNetServ was formed when Professional Digital Integration Services, or PDIS as it was more commonly called, closed its Clearwater, Florida doors in March 2003. On a Friday of that month and year, PDIS employed technicians to serve computer network needs of businesses in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties, and on the following Monday, it did not. Professional Network Services, Inc. (ProNetServ) was born out of the closing of PDIS’s network integration business. ProNetServ had no affiliation with PDIS; however the same network engineers and technicians who served the businesses of Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties for PDIS started ProNetServ. Over the years, ProNetServ has evolved, but unlike PDIS, we did not go away after only a short time in business, and there are no plans to go away.
